The breakfast was fresh made and generous with plenty of products. Had central location near the roundabout. What's more, it was next to Cardiff, and outskirts of Ross.

The venue's position was central. The room was modern, they served generous breakfast and there was excellent staff. An ironing set, a work desk, and TV were there too.

Pleasant clean hotel and staff was especially helpful. The unit we got was tastefully decorated and large with soap, cute bathroom, the bedroom. Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were chatty.

Unbeatable and nice location in Ross-on-Wye, so close to a major roundabout as well as the Forest of Dean, the Wye Valley and the Malvern Hills-all very beautiful scenery and walking country. Situated only 1 km from St Mary The Virgin Church.

This was an exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location right by river walk and the Malvern Hills-all very beautiful scenery. And it was within a close distance from Swans in flight sculpture.

Overall a quirky friendly family run hotel. Fabulous food, especially fresh breakfast. Peaceful setting, really close to the castle and Wye town centre.

Booked the hotel for its good location next to the town centre and the River Wye as well as the Malvern Hills-all very beautiful scenery. Btw, I was relatively near The Phoenix Theatre.
